The First 2-3 Days
After payment clears, we take 2-3 business days to pick, pack, and hand your order to the carrier. Weekend and U.S. holiday orders move to the next business day. A dispatch email arrives once the parcel is truly on its way.
The Journey to You
Delivery typically takes 20-45 days from dispatch, shaped by destination and carrier pace. Orders across the United States and the United Kingdom usually land inside that window. If seasonal crowding stretches it, we will keep you informed.
What It Adds Up To
Crossing $30
- $30.00 or more: shipping costs nothing;
- Under $30.00: a flat fee, shown at checkout before you pay.
Never a Tax, Never a Duty
Sales tax, VAT, and customs duties are strangers to vaxqenori customers — we absorb every one. The checkout figure is the final figure.
Where We Deliver
The United States and the United Kingdom at present. P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses are outside our coverage.
Watching Your Parcel Move
The tracking number exists from the carrier's first scan. Email with your order number, and we will send the number, the carrier's link, and updates whenever you want them.
When a Parcel Goes Quiet
Stalled mid-route, or the carrier calls it lost? Write to — verification done, we reship free of charge or refund in full. A lost parcel never means lost money here.
Before You Pay: The Address
Give your delivery address one careful read before checkout. Parcels sent to a mistyped address are beyond our responsibility; if one comes back, we reship as soon as you confirm the correct details.
Several Boxes, One Order
Larger orders may travel as multiple parcels on different days, never at extra cost. Every box carries its own tracking number — ask and it is yours.
