Every vaxqenori order carries the same promise: thirty days to decide, free returns, and your money back without a fight. Here is exactly how it works.

The Short of It

  • 30 calendar days from delivery to return anything, at no cost;
  • Return postage and restocking fees simply do not exist here;
  • Refunds arrive in 3-7 business days;
  • Sales tax, VAT, and customs duties are ours to pay, never yours.

A Month to Make Up Your Mind

From the day your parcel arrives, you hold 30 calendar days to request a return. Inside that window, returning costs you nothing at all.

Ready to Return?

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed;
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories are all still there;
  • You can point to your order number or another proof of purchase.

Off the Table

  • Gift cards;
  • Anything sold as "Final Sale" or "Clearance";
  • Custom or personalized products;
  • Items damaged through misuse after arrival.

Returning in Four Moves

  1. Start with an email. Send your order number and reason to GreggDachyju@outlook.com.
  2. Hear back fast. Within 24-48 hours we confirm eligibility and send prepaid return instructions with a label.
  3. Pack it well. Hand the parcel to the carrier.
  4. Consider it handled. The refund starts at the carrier's first scan — warehouse arrival plays no part in your timeline.

Please ship nothing before we reply. Parcels sent without arrangement cannot be matched to an order and may lose their refund.
